Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 18 to 65 years diagnosed with atrial fibrillation 2. Participants or family members living with participants possess a smartphone and are able to use the LINE application 3. Participants have internet access through a smartphone 4. Participants are able to read write understand and communicate in Thai 5. Participants older than 60 years have a Thai Mini Cog score of at least 3 6. Participants have a low risk of obstructive sleep apnea with a STOP BANG score less than 3 7. Expected life expectancy of more than 6 months 8. No severe comorbid illness or terminal disease 9. No diagnosed severe psychiatric disorders
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Failure to respond to study communication during the first week and participation in fewer than 75 percent of intervention activities 2. Hospital admission or emergency department attendance due to acute arrhythmia acute heart failure pulmonary edema or other acute illness during the study period 3. Emergency surgery during the study period
