Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. participants triage categories 1 and 2 according to the Emergency Severity Index (ESI) screening system 2. Received emergency room services at PhraPokklao Hospital from August 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. participants with incomplete medical records 2. participants who refused treatment 3. participants who received services through the fast-track system according to hospital guidelines 4. participants who continued treatment in the observation unit
