Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Diagnosed with idiopathic normal-pressure hydrocephalus by a neurologist/neurosurgeon - Underwent cerebrospinal fluid drainage surgery - No vision or hearing problems after receiving assistive devices such as glasses or hearing aids - Able to walk at least 10 meters with or without a walking aid and with assistance - No complications after cerebrospinal fluid drainage surgery prior to participation in the study within 1 month, as assessed by the neurosurgeon
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Unresponsive to cerebrospinal fluid drainage surgery, assessed by the surgeon. - Unstable vital signs (blood pressure > 160/90 mmHg, heart rate < 40 beats per minute or > 90 beats per minute). - Severe musculoskeletal problems (e.g., osteomyelitis, deformity, or joint stiffness with moderate to severe pain or pain (Numeric rating scale: NRS 6-10 out of 10)). - Patients with spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, or motor neuron disease. - Severe cognitive problems (Montreal Cognitive Assessment: MoCA < 10/30 points). - Inability to participate in an exercise program, assessed by surveying the patient and family regarding their readiness to comply with the program. - Refusal to participate in research projects.
