18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 to 65 years. 2. Both male and female patients. 3. Medically healthy patients. 4. Patients presenting with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis. 5. Teeth indicated for primary root canal treatment. 6. Teeth without radiographic evidence of periapical pathology. 7. Patients willing to participate and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients younger than 18 years or older than 65 years. 2. Patients with systemic diseases or immunocompromised conditions. 3. Pregnant or lactating women. 4. Teeth with open apices, root resorption or root fractures. 5. Teeth with previously initiated or completed root canal treatment. 6. Patients who have taken analgesics or anti-inflammatory drugs within 24 hours prior to treatment. 7. Teeth with acute apical abscess or swelling. 8. Patients who are allergic to anaesthetics. 9. Teeth with advanced periodontal diseases. 10. Teeth with acute pain. 11. Teeth with calcified or resorbed canals. 12. Teeth with complex root canal antomy. 13. Teeth with vital pulp. 14. Un restorable teeth. 15. Presence of cracks and fissures. 16. Teeth associated with acute and chronic apical abscesses
