Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between 18 and 80 years 2.Diagnosed with Parkinson's disease by a neurologist 3.Regularly taking medication for Parkinson's disease 4.Hoehn and Yahr stage less than 4 5.Mini-Mental State Examination score greater than or equal to 24 6. Able to walk independently for at least 10 meters without assistive devices 7.Bilateral passive hip extension angle less than 15 degrees
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Having neurological disorders other than Parkinson's disease 2.Having undergone neurosurgical procedures 3.Presence of unilateral or bilateral hip flexion contracture such that the hip cannot be passively brought back to a neutral position 4.Having contraindications to manual therapy 5.Having any orthopedic cardiovascular or pulmonary conditions that may affect participation in this study
