Exclusion criteria: 1) history of respiratory disease such as asthma, interstitial lung disease or COPD 2) history of neurological disease which affected lung mechanics such as hemiplegic and phenic nerve palsy 3) Participants have signs of upper respiratory tract infection including fever, runny nose, sore throat, and cough with or without sputum 4) Participant unable to perform deep breathing exercises after 7 trials of teaching 5) Current smoking

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Diaphragmatic excursion Single time point during each intervention period Conducted by Ultrasound Sonographic M mode 2.5 to 5.0 Mhz with convex transducer. Transducer place on subcostal area between anterior axillary line and midclavicular line,Rating perceived of exertion Immediate after intervention 10 scale; 0 indicated no effort, 3 indicate moderate effort, 5 indicated initiate high effort and 10 indicate maximal effort,Inspiration Tidal volume Single time point during each intervention period Calculated from area under curve of continuous flow rate data by Student lab software.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Inspiratory flow rate Single time point during each intervention period Obtain from flow transducer ,Inspiratory pressure Single time point during each intervention period Obtain from pressure transducer,Inspiratory duration Single time point during each intervention period Obtain from flow rate data by Student lab software.,Surface EMG of inspiratory accessory muscle Single time point during each intervention period Electrode placement at sternocleidomastoid and upper trapezius muscle.
