Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Experiencing intermittent lower back muscle pain for more than 3 months (2) Diagnosed by a modern medicine doctor, traditional Thai medicine doctor, or applied traditional Thai medicine doctor with a condition related to muscle pain (3) Willing and happy to volunteer for the entire duration of the procedure (4) Able to provide information independently
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant women (2) Individuals experiencing muscle pain from causes other than lifestyle habits, such as pain from shingles or accidents. (3) Individuals using anticoagulants or antiplatelets. (4) Individuals with a history of keloids. (5) Individuals diagnosed with underlying medical conditions that reduce exposure, such as diabetes. (6) Individuals with a history of chronic or slow-healing wounds. (7) Individuals with open wounds near the procedure site. (8) Individuals with limitations in performing physical exercise. (9) Individuals taking any type of pain medication. (10) Individuals taking any type of anti-inflammatory medication. (11) Individuals with a history of allergy to coconut oil and ginger.
