Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 7 to 12 years 2. Diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder ADHD by a psychiatrist or pediatrician according to DSM V criteria with no autism spectrum disorder confirmed by medical certificate 3. Intelligence quotient score of 75 or higher based on Wechsler test 4. Able to understand and communicate in Thai including listening speaking reading and writing 5. Fully conscious and oriented to time place and person 6. Parent or guardian provides consent and agrees to participate 7. No injuries or medical conditions limiting exercise such as musculoskeletal pain gastrointestinal symptoms asthma or cardiovascular or blood disorders based on health screening 8. Cleared for physical activity using the Physical Activity Readiness 9. Questionnaire PAR Q+ with parent or guardian
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Regular participation in other structured exercise programs such as sports training 2. Engaging in moderate to vigorous physical activity for at least 60 minutes per day on three or more days per week measured by a 7 day activity monitor with at least 10 hours of wear time per day including weekdays and weekend 3. Unable to complete exercise protocol executive function tests physical fitness tests or enjoyment questionnaires for any reason 4. Injury occurring during study participation 5. Withdrawal from the study before completion or unwillingness to continue participation
