Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Systemic lupus erythematosus patient diagnosed by 2019 ACR/EULAR classification criteria, at least 18 years of age at enrollment, that visited rheumatology clinic or admitted into Siriraj Hospital
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Overlapping syndrome 2. Active cancer 3. Pregnancy 4. Recent trauma or surgery within 2 weeks 5. Recent myocardial infection or stroke within 2 weeks 6. Antibiotic treatment within 72 hours from CRP collection 7. Patient with history of suspected infection with onset more than 14 days before OPD visit 8. Cirrhosis 9. Combined oral contraceptive pills usage 10. Receiving IL-6 antagonist
