Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Having a prefrailty condition by Fried Phenotype assessment. 2. Willingness to participate and provide informed consent to the study, and commitment to remain in the study until its completion. 3. Possession of a smartphone with the ability to access the Line Official Account application and a stable wireless internet network. 4. Ability to communicate effectively and read and write in the Thai language. 5. Ability to walk independently without assistance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with uncorrected vision problems that interfere with smartphone use or participation in physical activities. 2. Individuals with cognitive impairment or severe language comprehension deficits that prevent them from understanding study procedures or following application instructions. 3. Individuals with medical conditions that are contraindications or obstacles to exercise, such as uncontrolled hypertension, severe cardiovascular disease, recent stroke or severe cerebrovascular disease, Parkinson's disease or other neurological conditions that severely impair balance and mobility. 4. Individuals with physical disability or injury (e.g., recent fracture or severe joint pain) that significantly limit arm or leg movement, making them unable to perform the prescribed exercises. 5. Inability to adhere to the study procedures and the prescribed exercise regimen.
