Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adults aged 21 to 65 years 2. Able to understand the study procedures 3. Willing to provide written informed consent before enrollment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Current or previous chronic inflammatory dermatoses involving the intended test areas, such as atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, or allergic contact dermatitis 2. Active inflammation, or local infection at the test sites 3. Use of topical or systemic agents that could affect skin hydration or barrier-related outcomes, such as corticosteroids, retinoids, or immunosuppressants, within 2 weeks before participation 4. Pregnancy or breastfeeding 5. Medical conditions that could impair skin barrier function, such as uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, chronic kidney failure, or immune/autoimmune disorders 6. Known allergy or irritation to the study moisturizer or its ingredients.
