Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Men and women aged 60-79 years 2. Body Mass Index (BMI) between 18.5 and 29.9 kg/m2 3. Berg Balance Scale score between 21 and 40 (moderate risk of falling) 4. Ability to communicate in Thai 5. Exercising less than twice a week in the past 3 months 6. Ability to ambulate independently without assistive devices 7. Readiness to participate in exercise, as assessed by the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire Plus (PAR-Q+)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of underlying diseases, including heart disease, epilepsy, stroke, Parkinson's disease, and muscle weakness, which, according to a physician's assessment, would contraindicate exercise. 2. Dementia, with a Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score less than or equal to 18. 3. Uncontrolled hypertension, defined as resting blood pressure greater than or equal to 160/100 mmHg. 4. A medical history of severe knee osteoarthritis diagnosed by a physician, accompanied by pain that precludes exercise. 5. Numbness in the legs and feet due to conditions such as diabetes or peripheral neuropathy. 6. A history of bone or muscle injuries from accidents or severe sports activities requiring medical treatment within the 6 months prior to the research study. 7. Use of a pacemaker or other implantable devices that deliver electrical stimulation. 8. Participation in yoga or Ruesi Dutton exercise within the past 3 months.
