20 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Primiparous women with normal vaginal delivery, aged between 20 and 35 years. 2. Mothers without contraindications to breastfeeding, with normal nipple anatomy, no gestational diabetes mellitus, and carrying a singleton pregnancy. 3. Able to communicate in Thai. 4. Neonates with a birth weight between 2,500 and 4,000 grams. 5. ANeonates with Apgar scores of 8 or higher at both 1 and 5 minutes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Mothers who received intravenous pethidine within 3 hours prior to delivery. 2. Mothers with postpartum complications, such as postpartum hemorrhage or retained placenta. 3. Neonates with complications requiring separation from the mother for treatment in the neonatal unit. 4. Abnormal prenatal ultrasound findings indicating fetal anomalies.
