45 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 45 and 60 years. 2. Presenting with unspecified dizziness lasting at least 4 weeks. 3. Completed standard ENT and vestibular assessment without abnormalities in: * basic neurotologic examination * orthostatic hypotension assessment * nystagmus evaluation * Dix-Hallpike maneuver 4. No evidence of acute life-threatening or central neurologic cause requiring immediate specific therapy. 5. Able to understand and complete the Thai version of the DHI questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with clearly defined vestibular disorder requiring specific treatment such as known active Menieres disease acute vestibular neuritis acute labyrinthitis. 2. Patient with renal or hepatic disease such as acute renal injury chronic kidney disease GFR less than 90 cirrhosis hepatocellular carcinoma elevated liver enzyme more than twofold of normal level. 3. Uncontrolled hypertension or clinically significant arrhythmia. 4. Known allergy or intolerance to any ingredient of Yahom Thepajit. 5. Current pregnancy or breastfeeding. 6. Severe psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairment interfering with consent or questionnaire completion. 7. Use of medications with potential herb drug interactions that cannot be safely discontinued or stabilized such as Warfarin Digoxin antiepileptic anticoagulant antiplatelet.
