Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with at least one prematurely erupted premolar tooth, Whose baseline and current panoramic radiographs were evaluable
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -Patients with systemic diseases affecting growth or dental development -Patients with craniofacial syndromes or developmental anomalies -History of trauma involving the relevant dental region -Inadequate or poor-quality radiographic records -Incomplete clinical follow-up data -Patients or parents/guardians who declined participation in the study
