35 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Hospital personnel. 2.Diagnosed with hypertension according to the 2019 Thai Hypertension Guideline. Hypertension is defined as systolic blood pressure (SBP) more than or equal 140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure (DBP) more than or equal 90 mmHg, based on blood pressure measurements obtained in a healthcare setting. 3.Currently receiving antihypertensive medication. 4.Participants who are either newly diagnosed with hypertension or have been previously diagnosed and treated for hypertension. 5.Able to communicate via a mobile phone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Had a history of ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke with residual motor weakness, paralysis, or gait disturbance. 2.Were unable to communicate effectively via telephone or online platforms. 3.Had immunocompromised conditions from any cause 4.Had Parkinson disease or dementia.
