35 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Adults with hypertension aged 35 years or older Who received anti hypertensive medication for at least one year Attended the primary care units of Songklanagarind Hospital
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive impairment 2. Secondary hypertension 3. Hypertensive crisis 4. Communication difficulties
