Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Government employees classified as white-collar workers (e.g., academics, physicians, pharmacists, engineers, and administrators). 2. Working in government institutions, Al-Qadisiyah University, or hospitals within Al-Diwaniyah Governorate. 3. Employment during the year 2026 data collection period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Employees with simple occupations, manual labor, or low-level clerical positions. 2. Employees with only primary or intermediate educational qualifications. 3. Any employee who refuses to provide informed consent to participate in the study.
