Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pediatric patients aged 3 to 15 years 2. Underwent elective tonsillectomy with or without adenoidectomy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Incomplete or missing medical records for key variables required to determine early postoperative outcomes
