Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria were 1. Female patients aged 60 years or older who are diagnosed with gallbladder disease with clinical indications for laparoscopic cholecystectomy 2. The participants have no cognitive impairment, defined as a Thai 6-CIT score of less than 7 points. 3. The participants can communicate in Thai. 4. The participants voluntarily provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included acute clinical conditions (e.g., shock), severe complications, or psychiatric disorders.
