Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient Status: Patients admitted for ischemic heart disease who are more than 1 day post coronary angioplasty, are clinically stable, and have no symptoms of angina, arrhythmias, or shortness of breath. 2.Vital Signs: Vital signs must be within normal ranges, including a heart rate of 60 to 100 beats per minute, systolic blood pressure of 90 to 140 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure of 60 to 90 mmHg, and peripheral oxygen saturation greater than 94 percent. 3.Communication Skills: Fully conscious and able to read, listen, write, and communicate effectively in Thai. 4.Consent: Willing to participate in the research study. 5.Mobility: Ambulatory with no contraindications to walking. 6.Cognitive Status: Absence of dementia. For patients aged 60 years and older, cognitive status will be evaluated using the Thai version of the Mini Cog screening tool.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants exhibiting abnormal symptoms that require urgent medical treatment, such as 1.Chest pain 2.Shortness of breath 3.Unstable blood pressure
