Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. older 75 years and above with a high risk of falls, from various communities in Phu Khieo District 2.The eligible subjects needed to be able to walk independently for at least 10 m and did not participate in a regular exercise program for 6 months prior to being involved in the study. 3. BMI is within the normal range

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Older individuals who presented any signs and symptoms that might affect walking. 2.Unstable medical conditions or inflammation in the muscles and joints of the lower extremities (Visual Analog Scale > 5/10). 3.Individuals with sequelae of neurological deficits or any conditions affecting the ability to participate in the study.

Time Up and Go Test (TUGT) Baseline, 3 weeks, and 6 weeks The average of two trials of TUGT, measuring the time to rise from a chair, walk 3m, turn around a cone, and return to a seated position as quickly and safely as possible.,10-meter Walk test(10 MWT) Baseline, 3 weeks, and 6 weeks The average of two trials of 10MWT (comfortable speed), measured over the middle 4 meters of a 10-meter walkway.,Five Time Sit-to -Stand (FTSST) Baseline, 3 weeks, and 6 weeks The average of two trials of FTSST, measuring the time taken to complete 5 sit-to-stand cycles as quickly and safely as possible without using arms.

6-Minute Walk Test (6MinWT) Baseline and 6 weeks Total distance covered after walking as far as possible along a rectangular walkway in 6 minutes, with standardized verbal encouragement and time remaining updates every minute.,Fall Incidence During the 6-week intervention and a 6-month follow-up period. Number of fall incidents recorded through participant self-reports and monthly follow-up phone calls.
