Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. older 75 years and above with a high risk of falls, from various communities in Phu Khieo District 2.The eligible subjects needed to be able to walk independently for at least 10 m and did not participate in a regular exercise program for 6 months prior to being involved in the study. 3. BMI is within the normal range
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Older individuals who presented any signs and symptoms that might affect walking. 2.Unstable medical conditions or inflammation in the muscles and joints of the lower extremities (Visual Analog Scale > 5/10). 3.Individuals with sequelae of neurological deficits or any conditions affecting the ability to participate in the study.
