Participants will receive 3 grams of 100 percent pure instant ginger powder dissolved in 150 milliliters of hot water. The intervention will be administered orally every 8 hours, three times per day,

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women undergoing elective or emergency Cesarean section, 2. Participants with no severe underlying medical conditions, 3. Participants with no contraindications to breastfeeding such as HIV infection, 4. Participants who are willing to participate and have signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of allergy or hypersensitivity to ginger or ginger products.Severe liver or kidney diseases or chronic diseases that affect milk production, 2. Current use of anticoagulants such as warfarin, 3. Postpartum complications that require medications to suppress lactation, 4. Consumption of other foods or medications that affect milk supply outside of those provided by the hospital.
