Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy adults aged 20 to 60 years 2.no history of wrist surgery 3.who voluntarily agreed to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.hand numbness 2.deformities of the hand or fingers 3.tattoos over the wrist area 4.underlying diseases such as diabetes mellitus or chronic kidney disease
