s ways of knowing, and concepts of technological competency as caring. The training used hierarchical teaching methods and was evaluated based on the Kirkpatrick model.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants were included in the study if they met the following criteria: (1) were nurse managers working in hospitals in Mongolia, (2) attended the 2nd International Nursing Symposium in October 2025, (3) participated in the one-day collective training program, (4) completed both pre- and post-intervention questionnaires, and (5) provided informed consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants were excluded from the study if they met any of the following criteria: (1) did not complete both the pre- and post-intervention questionnaires, (2) were not present for the full duration of the one-day training program, (3) withdrew consent or chose not to participate in data analysis, or (4) submitted incomplete or invalid questionnaire responses that could not be used for statistical analysis.
