Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 years or older 2. Primary idiopathic CTS 3. Underwent open carpal tunnel release 4. Completed baseline and at least 3-month follow-up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Revision surgery for recurrent CTS 2. Secondary CTS 3. Severe comorbid hand disease 4. Lack of data
