Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old 2. Patient plan for hepatectomy including open surgery and minimal invasive surgery 3. ASA classification <= 3
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with high bleeding risk, including Platelet <= 100,000 or INR >= 1.5 2. Patient with high risk co-morbidity for exercise, including heart disease or asthma 3. Patient with impaired cognitive function 4. Patient with severe osteoporosis or previous fracture
