Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 40-75 years old 2. All T2DM patients with Thai CV risk score low-to-moderate risk < 20% 3. Has been diagnosed for type 2 diabetes mellitus equal or more than 3 years 4. Ability to provide written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Established ASCVD 2. History of myocardial infarction 3. History of cerebrovascular disease or peripheral artery disease 4. History of chronic inflammatory disease 5. Familial hypercholesterolemia 6. Claustrophobia 7. Severe renal impairment (eGFR < 30 ml/min/1.73 m2) 8. Pregnancy 9.Contraindication to CT imaging
