Interventions

No any supplement is intervened. ,9 essential amino acids (6.4 g) was dissolved in 250 ml water and ingested 60 minutes before high-intensity intermittent exercise.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.being healthy with a body mass index less than 25.0 kg/m2, 2.free of musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, or respiratory conditions, 3. not engaging with moderate exercise for at least three months prior to the study, 4. no history of allergic reactions to amino acids or protein, 5. not using any form of amino acid supplements

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. develop complications during the study 2. unintentionally consumed amino acid-related supplements
