Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age and Gender Older adults aged 60 years and above, both male and female. 2. Living Situation Older adults who voluntarily live alone in the community without a permanent co-resident caregiver. 3. Physical Function No severe disability or significant mobility limitations. Participants must have an Activities of Daily Living (ADL) score between 12 and 20, indicating the ability to perform daily activities independently without reliance on others. 4. Health Status Annual health check-up results within normal limits, or having age-related chronic conditions that are well-controlled, such as diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, back pain, or knee pain. (Assessment is based on health history interview and review of the participant's annual health check-up records). 5. Cognitive Function No diagnosis of dementia or neurological disorders affecting memory and communication. Participants must have a Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score between 23 and 30, assessed by a professional nurse (the researcher, who is a faculty member of the Faculty of Nursing, Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University). 6. Communication Ability Fully conscious and mentally competent, with the ability to hear, interact, and communicate effectively in Thai (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute Illness The participant develops an acute illness or sudden health condition that prevents them from providing information or participating in the interview. 2. Voluntary Withdrawal The participant requests to terminate the interview or withdraw their consent to provide information at any time during the process.
