Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthcare professionals involved in neonatal resuscitation, including pediatricians, general practitioners in training, NICU nurses, and delivery room nurses working at Phrachomklao Hospital, Phetchaburi 2. Have completed Neonatal Resuscitation 2025 training within the past 2 years
