18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were as follows: (1) age between 18 and 35 years, (2) a history of hamstring strain injury within the past four years, and (3) Had a previous hamstring strain injury affecting only one leg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria included individuals with anterior cruciate ligament injuries and those with a recent history of lower-limb injuries (excluding hamstring strains) within six months prior to the experiment.
