Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age > 18 years old - Delivered vaginally, time since the most recent childbirth 6 weeks to 6 months - No current or previous history of OASI

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Cannot communicate in Thai - Severe perineal pain or discomfort
