Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurses refer to: 1.Registered nurses working in the emergency department. 2.Those who voluntarily agree to participate in the research project. Patients (Service Recipients) refer to: 1.Patients receiving services at community hospitals in Chanthaburi Province during the 2026 fiscal year. 2.Patients who have sustained injuries from chemical exposure or dust particles and are aged 15 years or older. 3.Patients for whom physicians have decided to provide treatment by eye irrigation using 0.9% NaCl solution in the emergency department of community hospitals in Chanthaburi Province. 4.Patients with vital signs within normal limits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurses 1. Nurses who have physical conditions or underlying diseases that may hinder participation in group activities within the research project. Patients (Service Recipients) Patients whose vital signs change during the eye irrigation procedure, including 1. Systolic blood pressure (SBP) > 140 mmHg 2. Respiratory rate > 26 breaths per minute 3. Heart rate > 100 beats per minute. 4. Oxygen saturation (SpO2) < 95%
