Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged more than 15 years. 2.Patients newly diagnosed with any type of acute leukemia. Retrospective cohort: Patients diagnosed between January 1, 2020 and December 31, 2023. Prospective cohort: Patients diagnosed after study approval until December 31, 2025.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a prior history of inherited thrombophilia. 2.Patients who were receiving antiplatelet or anticoagulant therapy prior to the diagnosis of acute leukemia. 3.Patients without baseline laboratory results required for calculating the SiAML-bleeding and SiAML-thrombosis scores at the time of diagnosis.
