Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Trauma patients aged 18 years or older, classified as ESI (Emergency Severity Index) levels 1 to 3 2.Patients admitted for treatment at the Emergency Department, Prapokklao Hospital, Chanthaburi. 3.Patients with complete clinical data and vital signs required for the calculation of both MEWS (Modified Early Warning Score) and RTS (Revised Trauma Score)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Non-trauma patients 2.Death before evaluation 3.Refusal of consent or treatment 4.Cardiac arrest upon arrival 5.Incomplete medical records
