15 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 15-35 years (based on the group that responded best in the pilot study). 2.Have a depression screening score (9Q) of 7 or higher (mild to moderate level). 3. Able to access the internet and use a smartphone or computer, and provide informed consent to participate in the research. 4.Participants under 18 years old must obtain parental consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. At high risk of suicide (assessed from 9Q item 9 or 8Q) 2. Has a history of severe psychiatric diagnoses including psychosis, mania (bipolar disorder), or dementia. 3. They are currently receiving other intensive forms of psychotherapy at the same time.
