The age of the children will be 7 to 12 years old, who will come to receive comprehensive dental care
treatment at the pediatric dental clinic at the College of Dental Medicine, Rangsit University.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The child and his/her parents must be able to communicate in the Thai language. 2. The child and his/her parents must be literate and be able to complete the questionnaire themselves.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with severe systemic diseases or physical or psychological disabilities. 2. Children with color blindness 3. Children without the presence of the legal parents.
