Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Time to first defibrillation During the simulated cardiac arrest scenario (immediate assessment) Measured in seconds from the confirmation of a shockable rhythm to the delivery of the first defibrillation | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Medication administration accuracy Throughout the duration of the simulation scenario Percentage of correct administration of Epinephrine doses 1-3, Amiodarone 300 mg, and Amiodarone 150 mg (assessed by agent, dose, and timing),Documentation completeness score Immediately after the completion of the simulation scenario Score ranging from 0 to 20 based on a 20-item checklist of required resuscitation data points,Timestamp accuracy score Post-scenario evaluation using video analysis Score ranging from 0 to 10 based on the concordance between documented times and video-adjudicated times,Post simulation provider confidence After the simulation scenario concludes Self-reported score using a 5-point Likert scale | — |
