Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Parent/primary caregiver of a child with ADHD (met the criteria of DSM-5), age 6 years to 10 years old, sleep problem with CSHQ >41 and taking a fixed-dose of Methylphenidate in the last 30 days. 2. Parent/primary caregiver who can access to the LINE application. 3. The parent/primary caregiver agrees to participate in the program for the entire duration of treatment and will remain the same parents throughout the research. 4. The class teacher of the child agrees to complete the questionnaire to assess the patients and was the same teacher throughout the research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Parents/primary caregivers of a child with any of the following: 1) comorbidities (epilepsy, CNS disease, genetic disease, congenital heart disease, chronic lung disease, autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability, visual/hearing impairment), 2) IQ<70 (test with TONI-4), 3) risk for obstructive sleep apnea (screening with CSHQ), 4) risk for autism spectrum disorder (screening with PDDSQ), 5) Taking medication that affect sleep (eg, Clonidine, Risperidone, Cetirizine) 2. Parents/primary caregivers who cannot speak and read Thai language.
