40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 40-75 years old 2. All T2DM Thai patients with Thai CV risk < 20% 3. Able to provide written informed consent 4. Has been diagnosed for T2DM at least 3 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Established ASCVD - History of myocardial infarction - History of cerebrovascular disease or peripheral artery disease 2. History of inflammatory disease 3. History of familial hypercholesterolemia 4. Claustrophobia 5. eGFR < 30 ml/min/1.73m2 6. Pregnancy
