we will compare with 3 exercise 1. stretching: 2 time/week , 10 sec/ each, 10 times, use the stick to roll over from front to back and hold for 10 sec/each 2. strengthening: 2 time/week, 10 times , d

18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 45-year-old 2. The participant has FHP by craniovertebral less than 50 degree 3. Able to read and communicate in Thai 4. Able to do exercise as following the video

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Musculoskeletal problem at the head/neck, shoulder within 1 month such as Malignancy, spine disease, joint stiffness such as kyphosis, scoliosis, ankylosing spondylitis 2. Engaged in weight training upper extremities, yoga, Piratis within 3 months and duration of exercise more than 2 times/week 3. Pain score of neck more than 6 will be excluded

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
craniovertebral angle 1 month after exercise measure the angle of craniovertebral angle but AI application. the researcher will be mark the dot at C7 and tragus.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
forward reach test 1 months centimeter / the participant standing and reach the fist as far as possible then measure in CM,Cervical extension endurance test (CEET): 1 months second/ hold neck in extension and counting and recording in second,Pectoralis muscle tightness 1 months cm/ the participant hold the stick which showed the measurement in cm
