Interventions

The Tor-Term-Jai is a guided digital intervention system that has been culturally adapted for Thai users from the World Health Organization&#039
s evidence-based psychotherapies. This innovation signifies a paradigm shift from standalone self-help applications to an integrated digital therapeutic platform, effectively transforming users&#039
mobile phones into accessible personal mental health support tools. ,It is a control group that does not receive the intervention/treatment in the initial phase, but will receive it at a later stage.

18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Thai nationality aged 18-30 years with a depression score(9Q) between 7-18 points (mild to moderate level) or a stress score (ST-5) over 5 points. 2.Must own a smartphone with internet access and be able to use basic application. 3.Must be willing to provide informed consent to participate in the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.There is a severe risk of suicide(8Q score of 17), which will result in immediate referral to the treatment system according to the guidelines of the Department of Mental Health. 2.Currently undergoing psychotherapy from another source. 3.Has severe sensory impairments(vision or hearing) that significantly hinder the use of digital media.
