Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants are residents of Dusit District, Bangkok, Thailand, 2. Aged 60 years and older, 3. Able to perform self-care independently, 4. Able to communicate in Thai by speaking and listening, 5. Own an internet-enabled communication device, 6. Provide informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with dementia, 2. Diagnosed with COVID-19, 3. Experiencing severe stress or anxiety related to study participation, 4. Unable to complete the study procedures.
