Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Female aged 55 to 65 years 2. Postmenopausal (more than 12 months) 3. Able to walk independently without assistive devices
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with neurological or neuromuscular disorders 2 Individuals with severe underlying diseases that prevent exercise 3 Those who have received hormone replacement therapy (HRT) within the past 6 months 4 Individuals with a history of bone fracture or surgery within the past 6 months 5 Individuals with a history of severe falls within the past 3 months 6 Individuals with cognitive impairment or inability to follow instructions 7 Those who have not regularly participated in resistance training or yoga within the past 6 months
