Single-shot ultrasound-guided ESPB at T5 level with 20 mL 0.25% bupivacaine.,Ultrasound-guided ESBP performed as above, combined with surgeon-performed ICNB at T4-T7 level under video guidance using 2

18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for elective VATS 2. Age 18-64 years old 3. Predicted postoperative (ppo) FEV1 >40% 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class 1-3 5. Thai speaking 6.Giving written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency scheduled procedures 2. No pulmonary functional test result before surgery 3. Convert to open thoracotomy during operation 4. Second thoracoscopic surgery 5.Signs of active infection or infection at the site of ESP block placement. 6. History of any motor or sensory deficits. 7. Hypersensitivity or allergy to the drugs used for ESP block. 8. Morbid obesity (BMI >35 kg/m2)
