Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 years or older 2. Patients suspected of having diseases involving the posterior pole, macula, and optic disc 3. Patients requiring pharmacologic pupil dilation 4. Participants who consent to participate in the study are able understand the informed consent document
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe glaucoma or at risk of complications from pharmacologic pupil dilation, such as those with intraocular pressure greater than 21 mmHg 2. Patients with corneal diseases or anterior segment disorders that may cause intolerance to bright light or increase the risk of infection
