Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Experiencing chronic musculoskeletal pain in two or more body areas 2 Having continuous pain for at least 3 months 3 Reporting a pain score of 4 or higher on the Numeric Rating Scale based on self assessment over the past 7 days 4 Having no neurological symptoms such as weakness, numbness, radiating pain to arms or legs, ataxia, or abnormal balance 5 Able to sit cross legged on the floor 6 Having no speaking, listening, or visual impairments 7 Willing to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Practicing stretching exercises such as Ruesi Datton, Yoga, Tai Chi, or Qigong, or participating in any physical exercises such as walking, cycling, or weightlifting regularly for at least 30 minutes per session and at least 3 days per week within 3 months prior to the study 2 Currently receiving pain management therapies according to a medical treatment plan 3 Having a history of metal implant fixation or joint replacement surgery in any part of the body 4 Having underlying conditions that impede participation in the activities, such as uncontrolled heart or lung diseases, blood pressure higher than 160 over 100 mmHg, severe osteoporosis with a risk of fracture, or cognitive impairment
