Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. both male and female 2. 60 years of age and above 3. Independently walking without walking aid. 4. Independently doing activities daily of living such as toilet use, brush the hair, and take a bath. 5. Do not have any neurological conditions which affect balance. 6. Do not have any injuries regarding musculoskeletal conditions which affect balance such as lower extremities fracture within 6 months prior to study. 7. Able to communicate in Thai language and follow the testing protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Use of medications that affect balance, such as benzodiazepines, antipsychotics, antidepressants. 2. Have symptoms that affect balance or standing and walking on the day of the test, such as double vision. 3. There is a problem with knowledge and understanding, with the MMSE score being less than 23. 4. There is a pathological condition of the disease that indicates the inability to exercise, such as acute coronary syndrome.
