Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Understand written and oral information in Malay or English 2. Paddy field farmers registered in SPU District under IADA 3. Age above 18 years old 4. Farmers who give consent for the study 5. Malaysian citizen
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Paddy Field farmer who had been diagnosed with melioidosis. 2. Paddy field farmer who had not completed oral-eradicative treatment for melioidosis.
